Two Approaches

of bespoke applications
Both approaches follow the same phases below:
Phase 1. System/Solution Definition and Selection
This is a separate service on its own. As explained under Consultancy. It also forms the first approach in our software development process.
Phase 2. Prototyping/Development/Testing/Implementation
Based on an agreed specification, our team work with you to develop the solution. The client is KEY in the project management process with tasks and responsibilities!
Involving all key users in the development process has proven to be very efficient, enabling outcome projects
- to meet the client needs
- to be delivered on time
Phase 3. Training (optional)
Our solutions are developed to be intuitive for the user (user-friendly), so the need for training is significantly reduced. However, we do provide training sessions if you and your staff request it.
Phase 4. Maintenance/Support (optional)
Our ongoing support to assist in the maintenance of your new system will complete the process. You will get a comprehensive service which includes priority bug fixing, assistance with any functionality you’re unfamiliar with and access to our online support system alongside telephone and remote access support.
