Solumac specialises in the delivery of high level/innovative consultancy and organisational development services/contracts varying from two days up to six months for a totally integrated enterprise system.

Strategic Review – Typically 2 half days.

These are senior management workshops to determine strategic priorities for the business.

Operational Review – Typically half day per department

These are departmental workshops to understand processes in more detail, identify gaps and determining operational priorities alongside cultural understanding too.

System/Solution Definition and Selection

This entails the production of system/solution requirements, associated documentation, distribution to potential vendors, facilitation and advising during the selection process.
